Requesting a bike
- Requests open on the day of your class only, and must reach us at least 45 minutes before it starts.
- Tap your bike, then press the green button — WhatsApp opens with the day, time, and bike number already written. Just press send.
- Your bike is held for you once you've sent the message.
Requesting on WhatsApp is the only way to hold a specific bike — arriving early will not get you one, and please do not come to the studio before your class start time, as this is against studio rules. No message? No problem: any bike that hasn't been requested is yours on a first come, first served basis.
