Conditions
Internal regulations of Perfectum Corpus Fitness Center. By entering and participating in classes you agree to the following terms.
Access & Check-in
Check-in opens 10 minutes before class. The door closes 10 minutes after start — no late entry so as not to disturb other members. You must present your member card to enter. Entry without a valid membership is not permitted.
Class Requirements
For Spinning, Pilates, TRX Circuit and Personal Training you must bring: a small personal towel and a water bottle (max 500ml for Spinning). Equipment and bikes are reserved exclusively for the client who booked and is present.
Equipment Care
Please use all equipment properly to ensure its good functioning. At the end of each class, members must sanitize the equipment they used as part of our health and hygiene protocols.
Memberships
Memberships are valid for one calendar month. Classes are not cumulative or transferable to other people. It is the member's responsibility to renew on time — entry is not permitted without prior renewal. If expired, the current individual class price applies.
Membership Freeze
Memberships may only be frozen for force majeure reasons: surgery or hospitalization. Maximum freeze period is 3 months. A medical report or prescription must be presented to resume. After 3 months without resuming, the membership must be renewed.
Reservations & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time directly on the website. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will result in the class being automatically charged and removed from your membership.
For unlimited members, the cost of the late-cancelled class will be added to their membership payment. We appreciate early cancellations so other members can take your spot.
Guests
Guests must reserve and pay for their class in advance. If a guest registers as a member on the same day, the class will be complimentary.
Mobile Devices
Cell phones must be kept on silent during classes. In the waiting area, please remain silent and use your phone responsibly so as not to interfere with the class.
